Types of Placement

Temporary Help

We will customize the assignment to fit any of your needs: illness, special projects, maternity leave, or seasonal production. We can provide you with 1 or 100 temporaries.

Temp-To-Hire

If you are in need of permanent employees, but unable to pay one lump sum for each candidate, or would like to try the workers with the option to take them permanent, try our Temp-To-Hire program. After 400 hrs. or approximately 10 weeks, the candidate will be ready to go onto your permanent payroll at no additional charge.

Payroll Transfer

You pick the candidates, and we take care of the rest. We handle all payroll, administrative costs, worker's compensation and unemployment charges. It doesn't get any easier than this.

MACK will put your mind at ease while we remove or reduce the following costs involved in 'in-house' payroll: computer equipment, payroll software and upgrades, software support, payroll training, stationary, office space and payroll staff wages, workers’ compensation, perspective unemployment costs.

Direct Placement

We search out the best possible candidate for your company. We handle the advertising, interviewing, screening, and reference checks. Then we'll send you the candidate to interview. If the candidate joins your company, your company is charged a reasonable finder's fee.

Our staff is trained to work with state of the art software packages to match the qualities that you desire in an applicant and find the candidates that will best suit your needs.

Our Clerical Department uses the most recent version of QWIZ to test and train our applicants for your specific needs. QWIZ gives accurate results on testing and training on the newest administrative programs on the market, such as: Windows 2000, Microsoft Office 2000 XP, Data Entry, Speed Typing and much more!

On-site Coordinator/Vendor Premise Program

If your company chooses to use a substantial number of temporary employees at one time, we will evaluate the need for a part-time service coordinator to act as a liaison between your company and MACK. They will become an extension of your Human Resources Department. The coordinator will recruit, interview, and place quality temporaries right from your company. They will monitor attendance records and distribute paychecks.
