Sous Chef - Direct Hire, Full Time

SOUS CHEF – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position

Hours/days will vary between 6 AM and 9 PM

$17.25 and $27.60 depending on experience

 

Requirements:

Must have experience working in high volume environments

Diploma or GED required

Associate Degree or Culinary Degree preferred

Vocational/Technical Degree preferred

Must possess excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and computer skills

Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screen upon hire

Must have own transportation

 

Description:

Prepare food for in-patient medical facility as well as for retail and catering departments

Culinary advisor, trainer for all food production staff

Develops new menus and recipes

Maintains budget, manages ingredient and cost control

Supervises and mentors all cooking staff in the facility
